ABOUT
Meet Cristina Schooler

Cristina Schooler is an entrepreneur, group facilitator and lover of all things outdoors.
Cristina designs slow, nourishing containers where creators, creatives and founders come back to themselves — barefoot on a porch, mapless in the woods, or folding laundry at grandma’s kitchen table — and leave clearer, braver, and strategically sharper. She’s been captivated by the alchemy of group experiences since childhood: the way simple, rooted gatherings meet our primal needs, spark new ideas, and create win‑win‑win outcomes.
After burning out in the corporate health world, a solo trip to Alaska became a hinge moment. She returned with a quieter compass and a devotion to building lives and businesses that rest as intentionally as they create.
Cristina founded The Rooted Method in 2018 and has since guided 300+ people through retreats, certifications, events, group programs, and 1:1 mentorship. Her work seeds ecosystems of entrepreneurs and makers who choose unhurried rituals, mutual care, and regenerative investment — both financial and relational — so they can opt out of destructive narratives and build lives that last.
To sit with Cristina is to sit at a familiar wooden table with tea in hand: warm, steady, and full of practical curiosity about your next right move. Her groups are designed for long‑term change — friendships, work, and practices that weather years and seasons.
When she’s not holding space, you’ll find her dancing barefoot outside, backpacking with a light pack, curled up with a good sci‑fi, or hosting slow, joyful dinners for friends and family.
