Rachel and Cristina move through the world of solo entrepreneurship, frequently collaborating to create experiences to share their deep love of Nature. We've learned our greatest lessons in the wilderness through outdoor adventure, camping, hiking, rock climbing, and herbalism. We integrate this into our daily lives through ritual, women's circles and a relationship with the plants around us. We share lessons from our time outside to help women cultivate a life that feels good from the inside out.

 

This program will support you in reclaiming your personal sovereignty through the lens of the most ancient and sacred journey- the Wild Woman archetype. You'll learn to access your inner wild woman in all areas of your life– your self-care practice, your business, your family, your creative outlets and your spiritual journey.

Cristina is a freedom facilitator that has always worked in group environments. She  helps women feel safe and expansive in their bodies and and minds through breathwork, neuron-linguistic programming, authentic relating and nature therapy. 

Rachel Musquiz

Rachel is an Ayurvedic chef & herbalist who uses the concept that "food is medicine" to create products that support a life of balance. She spends her time cooking with fresh bounty from the Farmers Market, rock climbing, and sleeping outside as frequently as possible.
